  • Loved the salon and Kathryn did an amazing job on my express keratin blowout. However, it was my first time visiting and as I was leaving, I was asked by the front desk person to not use the online booking tool in the future as my hair was too thick/long and needed an extra 15 minutes. As someone who frequently travels, regularly gets blow outs and typically online books, it slightly threw me off as I have never been told this. The salon, knowing the timing could be an issue, could have given me a phone call prior to my appointment to review these details and get ahead of the issue. Though the comments from the front desk person was very polite and well meaning, putting the onus on the customer just leaves a bad customer experience and makes me not want to return.
